Service element in composite contracts was liable to service-tax even prior to june 1, 2007

Service Tax : In case of composite contracts including manufacture and supply of ready mix concretes, service element thereof could be charged to service tax even prior to 1-6-2007 under ' Commercial/Industrial Construction Services', ' Construction of Complex Services' and ' Erection, Commissioning and Installation Services'
