No Dismissal of appeal by CIT(A) in haze merely due to grant of few adjournments by AO on insistence

IT : Even where Assessing Officer had accepted cause shown by assessee and granted several adjournments, Commissioner (Appeals) could not dismiss appeal in limine without going into merits on mere ground that case was already adjourned several times
