HC slams Tribunal for dismissing appeal without proper service of notice of hearing

Excise & Customs : Where notice of hearing was not properly sent by Tribunal as required under section 37C of Central Excise Act, 1944, consequent order of dismissal of assessee's appeal was set aside and matter was remanded back to Tribunal
