If sale is treated as 'local' sale in hands of seller, it can't be treated as 'inter-state' purchase

CST & VAT : Where, in assessment order of seller, sales are considered as local sales and said assessment has not been reviewed, purchases made by assessee from such seller are also required to be considered as local purchases and cannot be regarded as inter-state trade.
