Subsequent orders made following an earlier order should contain same directions as contained in ear

Excise & Customs : Subsequent remand order following an earlier remand order, must be in consonance with directions contained in such earlier order; hence, if earlier order bound assessee to furnish supporting documents, subsequent order must also contain directions to that effect
