Competition Act : Conduct of DLF of demanding additional payments from buyers pursuant to increase in super area and arbitrary cancellation of allotment was an unfair trade practice. Thus, terms and conditions imposed through the Buyer's Agreement were abusive being unfair within the meaning of Section 4(2)(a)(i) of the Competition Act, 2002 ('the Act').
