Supreme Court remanded case to Tribunal on issue of inclusion of TDS in taxable value of services

Service Tax : Where Tribunal held that in case service charges paid net of tax, TDS is includible in value liable to service tax; on full payment of demand under protest and assessee's no objection, Supreme Court remanded matter back to Tribunal
