FEMA: Where appeal was preferred under section 54 of FERA along with an application seeking condonation of 775 days delay, in view of fact that impugned order was passed by Appellate Tribunal constituted under FEMA, provisions of section 35 of FEMA were attracted and period of limitation for filing appeal could not be extended beyond 120 days
