Sale deed to be executed in favour of applicant only when he pays sum due to liquidating Co., HC say

CL : Where certain dues were pending towards company-in-liquidation under lease-cum-sale deed of a property which was auctioned in favour of applicant, sale deed would be executed in favour of applicant only on payment of those dues
