IT: When any person other than one named in warrant is searched and incriminating material is seized which belongs to that person and not person in respect of whom warrant is issued, if that person has to be assessed for block period, there should be a search warrant issued in his name as well because search and seizure is a condition precedent for passing a block assessment order
