Fair market value under section 55A to be fixed without considering Stamp Duty Act or Wealth Tax Act

IT : Fair market value for purpose of computing capital gain tax, is price which property would fetch on sale in open market on relevant date; guideline value prescribed for purpose of stamp duty registration or net wealth value under Wealth Tax Act could not be guiding factor for determining fair market value
