Unit taking credit on ISD's invoice can be asked to reverse it only on violation of Rule 7 of CCR

ST: In case of units taking credit based on invoice of Input Service Distributor, reversal can be sought from such units only if it is alleged in show-cause notice that credit distributed against documents is in violation of provisions of Rule 7 of CENVAT Credit Rules, 2004.
