No tax in India on Cyprus based Shipping Co. if its place of management is located in Cyprus

IT/ILT : Where assessee, a non-resident company registered in Cyprus, was in shipping business and it had effective management of enterprise in Cyprus, income earned by assessee from shipping business was not taxable in India
