Service exporters shall file claim of 'Cenvat refund' within 1 year from date of export invoice

Service Tax: In case of service exporters, quarterly refund claim of cenvat credit under rule 5 of the CENVAT Credit Rules, 2004 must be filed within 1 year from date of export invoice
