Restoration applications before Tribunal must be filed within 3 months from dismissal of appeal

Excise & Customs : Even though statute does not lay down any time-limit for restoration of appeal, consistent stand taken by Tribunal, and affirmed by High Court, is restoration application must be filed within 3 months from date of dismissal of appeal
