SEBI: Kingfisher Airlines ('petitioner') prayed for extension of time to comply with clause 41 of listing agreement for publication of the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2014 and for the quarter ended June 30, 2014. It was seeking extension on the ground that it failed to comply with such requirement due to not having quorum for holding a Board meeting as the application for security clearance of third director was furnished late, i.e., on August 25, 2014.
