SARFAESI Act doesn't permit secured creditor to publish photo of defaulter in newspapers/ magazines:

SARFAESI: A secured creditor, who has initiated action for enforcement of its security interest in terms of provisions of SARFAESI Act is not entitled to publish photograph(s) of defaulting borrower(s)/guarantor(s) in newspapers/magazines etc.
