SEBI : SC orders release of Sahara contemnor directors subject to furnishing Bank Guarantee. Conditions imposed as to full payment of Rs. 36000 crores in 9 instalments and surrender on failure to deposit any 3 instalments (not necessarily consecutive) and liability to re-arrest on failure to surrender. SC also orders deposit of passports in court by contemnor directors.
