Judgment of HC was a binding precedent even if it laid down an incorrect law unless it was set aside

Excise & Customs : High Court cannot review earlier judgments rendered by it, and even if said judgment does not lay down law correctly, such earlier judgment is a precedent of binding nature so long same is not set aside
