SLP granted against HC’s order affirming reassessment on non-inclusion of payment to sub-consultant

IT : SLP granted against order of High Court where it was held that reassessment of assessee-non residant technical consultant could be made only for those year in which fact of sub-consultancy contract entered by it was not brought to notice of Assessing Officer, however same could not be reopened where fact of sub-consultancy was duly recorded
