Review order by Committee of Commissioners ruling no further appeal couldn’t be further reviewed

Excise & Customs : Where once legality and propriety of order passed by lower authorities has been reviewed and same is found to be legal and proper, no subsequent further review order can be passed to direct filing of appeal.
