Service Tax : No appeal lies against pre-deposit order of Commissioner (Appeals); further, if pre-deposit order is not challenged in appropriate proceedings, same continues to be valid and non-compliance therewith would lead to dismissal of appeal, which also cannot be challenged before Tribunal
