CLB rejects arbitration application as shareholder's agreement required mutual consent of parties

Arbitration Act: Where respondent No. 2 filed instant application for referring parties to arbitration, since in terms of SHA referral to arbitration was possible only by mutual consent of parties which was absent, instant application was to be rejected
