SC/ST reservation policy isn’t applicable to appointment of members of CESTAT, rules HC

Excise & Customs : Rule 21 of CESTAT Recruitment rules saves any reservation, etc. as per order of Central Government, but, in absence of any orders of Government specifically making reservation applicable for recruitment to posts of Member (Tech.), reservation does not apply to appointment at posts of Member (Tech.)
