SC: Delay in issuing detention order due to admin compulsion couldn’t be a ground for quashing it

COFEPOSA: Detention order could not be quashed on ground of delay in passing same, where it had been passed on detailed enquiry, and delay had occurred only on ground of administrative compulsion
