SAT deleted penalty for not closing trading window prior to board meeting as AO didn’t assert any vi

SEBI: Where Adjudicating Officer imposed penalty upon appellant-company for not closing trading window prior to board meeting of appellant-company, in view of fact that in impugned order on one side it was held that Compliance Officer was liable for not closing trading window and, on other hand it was held that Compliance Officer had not violated any of regulations, impugned order making appellant company liable for not closing trading window could not be sustained
