Holding of shares for a few days or more indicates systematic trading; resultant profits are capital

IT: Where assessee used only 30 per cent of his own capital in share transactions and, moreover, in most of cases he held those shares for less than one month, it was apparent that assessee was engaged in trading of shares and, thus, income arising from said transactions was to be taxed as business income
