Tribunal to allow early hearing irrespective of sum involved in appeal if issue was covered by judgm

Excise & Customs : Where issue is undisputedly covered by judgment of jurisdictional High Court, Tribunal must allow application for Out-of-turn/Early Hearing irrespective of fact that amount involved therein is less than Rs. 1 crore
