Service of adjudication order on authorized signatory of co. was valid service of order under sec. 3

Excise & Customs : Regular employee/authorised signatory of company is an authorised agent within meaning of section 37C read with section 35Q; therefore, personal service of adjudication order on such employee is a valid service under section 37C
