Chemists’ cartel held guilty for anti-competitive activities as it was limiting supply and marketing

Competition Law : Where opposite party - AIOCD was engaged in practices of grant of NOC for appointment of stockists, collection of PIS charges and boycott of products of pharma companies, which had resulted in limiting, and controlling supply and marketing of drugs and pharmaceutical products in India, actions of AIOCD were anti competitive in nature
