Waterfront royalty recovered by State Govt. was not an 'intellectual property service'

Service Tax : Intellectual property rights are rights available with individual/ person; therefore, 'Waterfront royalty charges' recovered by State Government for usage of Waterfront under its sovereign rights cannot be charged to service under Intellectual Property Services
