Merchant overtime tax not leviable if Central Excise Officer works within his jurisdiction

Excise & Customs : Where Central Excise Officer has provided services in relation to stuffing of goods in container at factory of assessee, which was within jurisdiction of said Officer, no Merchant Overtime Tax (MOT) Charges could be collected thereon
