HC can decide on question of law arising from CLB’s order even if it’s not chosen at admission stage

CL : Where High Court at stage of admission of appeal under section 10F had chosen to identify a couple of questions of law, same would not disable it later from adjudicating upon any other questions of law which might arose out of order of Company Law Board
