Construction of workers quarters and Vastuwall is ineligible for input service credit

Cenvat Credit : Construction services used for construction of workers' quarters and Vastuwall are ineligible for credit; but, those for construction of godown for storage of input/finished goods are eligible for credit prior to 1-4-2011
