Reassessment held valid as assessee didn’t bother to clarify why rental income was shown as business

IT : Where in spite of many opportunities assessee failed to clarify as to why rental income had been shown as business income till 2007-08 and as income from house property thereafter, reopening of assessment could not be held to be contrary to law
