Poha and Murmura are cereals; entitled to exemption from MP sales tax, rules HC

CST & VAT : 'Cereals' include 'rice' and "Rice" includes both parched rice (poha) and puffed rice (murmura); therefore, exemption from Madhya Pradesh General Sales Tax in respect of 'cereals' would be available to poha and murmura as well
