CST & VAT : High Court directs State of Maharashtra to consider two suggestions relating to appointment of members of Sales Tax Tribunal viz. : (1) residential accommodation facility be provided to members; and (2) their retirement age be made equal to that of President of Tribunal viz. 65 years
