HC calls for collection of taxes like honeybee; reduces pre-deposit requirement realizing assessee's

GST : Where assessee has claimed financial crunch and also that competitors/opposite parties may close down business of assessee, requirement of pre-deposit much be reduced so that tax can be collected like a honeybee, without damaging flower itself
