Department can’t cancel export-import license without giving opportunity of being heard to assessee

Excise & Customs : Before cancelling assessee's Import Export Code on account of non-fulfilment of export obligation, an opportunity of being heard must be granted so that assessee may substantiate its claim as regards fulfilment of export obligation
