In terms of Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 ( as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice DRI F.No.718(ii)10/Seiz/PRU/2013-14/379-382 dated 23.05..2013 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Lucknow in the case of M/s ABB Limited, Khanija Bhawan, 2^nd floor, East Wing, 49, Race Course Road, Bangalore-560001 to the Commissioner of Customs, C.R. Buillding, Queens Road, Bangalore-560001 for the purpose of adjudication.
