Recovery proceedings to be stayed if revenue frequently seeks adjournment of appeal of assessee

IT : Where assessee's appeal was being adjourned before Tribunal from time to time at behest of department, recovery proceedings were to be stayed for a period of six weeks with a direction to Tribunal to dispose of appeal with in said period
