Court can't interfere with a decision of one of the parties to contract with Govt. of India on basis

CL : In case of Production Sharing Contract (PSC) entered into between Government of India, ONGC (a Government undertaking) and private parties in respect of exploration and exploitation of crude oil and natural gas, if there is transfer of interest between parties in normal course of their business, Court can not interfere in said decision by merely placing reliance on CAG's report
