Assessee should be allowed to reconcile discrepancy in ST-3 return before adjudication of demand

ST : In case of mathematical difference/discrepancy noticed in ST-3 returns filed by assessee, assessee must be given an opportunity to reconcile such discrepancy before adjudication of demand
