ITAT deleted the adjustment made by TPO as he didn’t chose the appropriate comparables

IT/ILT : Where in case of assessee engaged in providing pharmaceutical research services to its AE, TPO made certain transfer pricing adjustment, in view of fact that Tribunal in case of another company engaged in providing similar services had held that comparables seleted by TPO were not proper, impugned adjustment made on basis of same set of comparables in assessee's case was also liable to be deleted
